Claude-mem is a plugin that automatically captures and compresses coding session context, then intelligently reinjects relevant memory into future Claude Code sessions. The ethical picture is nuanced — it doesn't bypass Anthropic's servers, it routes to legitimately licensed models on other providers. But it deliberately sidesteps Anthropic's revenue model. Worth watching how Anthropic responds, and whether NVIDIA's free NIM tier survives the incoming traffic.
