Buildermark is an open-source, local-first desktop app that measures AI contribution across your codebase by matching agent diffs to commits. It supports Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, and Cursor, producing a breakdown of which files, functions, and commits involved AI generation — all without sending code to external servers. A browser extension handles import from cloud-based agents, and a Team Server edition for org-level aggregation is planned as a paid self-hosted offering.
