What are your OEM integration requirements — do your manufacturer programs (warranty, incentives, certified pre-owned) require certified real-time data exchange that not all DMS platforms support equally?
How complex is your existing DMS migration — have you mapped all current module dependencies, data export requirements, and staff retraining needs before committing to a new platform?
Does the AI pricing tool you are evaluating source its market data from actual wholesale transaction data (e.g., Manheim auction results) or estimated values from public listing data — and how does that difference affect pricing accuracy for your inventory mix?
Does the digital F&I platform comply with FTC Motor Vehicle Dealers Trade Regulation Rule requirements for upfront fee disclosure in online transactions, and has your legal team reviewed the compliance posture?

How accurate is the used vehicle appraisal tool you are evaluating on your specific regional market and vehicle mix — have you backtested its valuations against your actual auction results over the past 90 days?
What is the realistic implementation timeline and expected dealer operational downtime for a DMS migration, and have you planned for staff training, parallel processing periods, and go-live support coverage?
Does the platform support EV-specific workflows including battery health record management, over-the-air update service records, and charge-related RO processing — or will you need custom development for your EV inventory?
What is the third-party integration certification status for the specific ancillary tools your dealership relies on — digital retailing platform, AI pricing tool, digital marketing vendor — and what are the integration limitations on your candidate DMS?
