Claude for Small Business is the right product for a specific operator profile: solo founders or teams under 10 who are already paying for Claude Pro or Team and live inside the covered software stack. For those operators, the connectors remove the biggest friction in AI adoption — context transfer. You stop copying data into Claude and start asking questions directly.

For everyone else: the API path (raw or through Zapier/Make) gives you more control, better cost-efficiency at volume, and no dependency on Anthropic's connector roadmap. The bundled package is a convenience product, not a platform.
