The model ships as a simple Windows EXE and runs entirely offline once downloaded. Overworld says the jump from Waypoint-1 to 1.5 wasn't just a quality bump — the new version handles dynamic objects, lighting transitions, and indoor/outdoor scene changes far more coherently. The team has been quiet about training data specifics, but gameplay footage and synthetic video datasets are implied. For game developers and creative technologists, this is the first world model that's genuinely usable outside a lab.
