That's a real thing, and the DX bet of staying inside the GitHub surface rather than spawning a separate IDE or dashboard is the right call. The moment of truth is handing it a real-world issue with ambiguous context — not a toy bug — and seeing whether the planning step actually decomposes the problem or hallucinates a confident wrong answer. My reservation: the agentic loop is a black box at runtime; there's no clear way to inspect or override the intermediate plan without accepting or rejecting the whole PR, which is a forced binary that experienced engineers will find frustrating.”
