The moment of truth is when a CI failure surfaces inside the workspace and the agent can re-plan against it rather than handing you a broken diff to debug yourself — if that loop is tight and the round-trip is under 30 seconds, this earns the ship; if it is flaky, the whole value proposition collapses.”
