The pricing architecture is usage-based, which aligns with value: a legal tech company processing 100-page contracts pays more than a chatbot startup, and that's correct. The moat question is the hard one: OpenAI's moat here is not the context window (Gemini has it) but the ecosystem — evals infrastructure, fine-tuning pipelines, enterprise contracts, and the brand.
