Google pushed a major update to Vids on April 2, 2026, powered by Veo 3.1 and Lyria 3. Every Google account now gets 10 free AI video generations per month (8-second, 720p clips from text or uploaded photos). Google AI Pro subscribers get 50; Ultra gets 1,000.
