But the moat is thin: the value is managed hosting and checkpointing, both of which are commoditizing fast, and the entire business depends on developers staying on LangGraph's graph DSL rather than migrating to a competitor's abstraction or building thin wrappers over whatever the frontier labs ship natively. Usage-based pricing sounds right but without published rate cards it's impossible to model whether this survives contact with production workloads that generate millions of checkpoint writes.
