LangGraph Cloud removes that specific tax. The DX bet is that the complexity lives in the graph definition and the SDK, not in config files, and mostly that bet pays off — the `interrupt_before` and `interrupt_after` primitives are clean. My one gripe is that you're still adopting the LangGraph mental model wholesale; if your existing agent code isn't already graph-structured, you're rewriting before you're deploying.
