The moment of truth is whether the generated Supabase schema is sane — not just 'does it run' but 'would a developer not be embarrassed by it.' From the demos, it's passable but not clean; you'll still want to audit RLS policies. The weekend-alternative test is where this earns its keep: wiring Supabase auth + storage + a React frontend from scratch is a half-day of boilerplate even for experienced engineers.
