SuperHQ is a macOS desktop app that runs Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, and other AI coding agents inside isolated Debian microVMs. Your project mounts at /workspace as a read-only overlay — all agent changes stay sandboxed until you review and approve them through a unified diff panel.
