The scenario where this breaks is any team that doesn't already live in Notion: the entire value prop is the linked database, and if your PMs track work in Linear and your engineers use Jira, the action items land in a silo nobody checks. What kills this in 12 months is Google shipping native Meet summaries to Workspace Business (already in beta) and making the $25/user argument impossible to win.”
