The moat question is honest: the SDK is MIT-licensed and the real lock-in is Vercel's hosting platform, which monetizes through compute and edge deployments that multi-agent pipelines happen to need a lot of. That's the business model hiding in plain sight — the SDK is free because the workloads it generates aren't.
